    I have had the same problems, pull the NIU2 board and place it back again. If you have 2 or more NIU's in the system you should only insert the NIU2 with the flashcard when you power up the LIM.

    I had the same problem as you. After upgrading the firmware of the NIU2 to R10A the problem was solved.
