We got our support renewed and a technician came out.
Turns out we just had to upgrade our software. The software we had did not support the 450G drives in the new enclosure. After upgrading everything works fine.

Thanks for trying, i am currently waiting for use to renew our support contract with EMC then i will be calling them. I will update with the fix when we get one.
So I noticed that not only was the enclosure in a fault state but when i looked at the enclosure each of the drives also had a green and amber light on them.
I then decided to remove all of the drives and the fault on the array went away. I still received the message "The system already...
