When our phone system is called from the outside the voice prompt that is set under custom call routing dosen't kick in, instead calls are going to the voice mailbox of our receptionists phone... any ideas about what the problem might be?
When our phone system is called from the outside the voice prompt that is set under custom call routing dosen't kick in... any ideas about what the problem might be?
Incomplete... can't find any detailed information on what that actually means or how to remedy it... it was actually "incomplete" and functioning before I removed it from the greeting table.
What should I do?
We use a Nortel/ norstar phone system
Long story short I set the ccr reference in the greeting table to "none" so that I could make the necessary changes to "ccr tree 1". Once I made my changes and I went back to the greeting table "ccr tree 1" is no longer in the drop down menu.
