    Does anyone have resources for how to dynamicly load a flash file. For instance, instead of filling in file=video.flv in the code, i want the URL to tell the player what file to load. so http://www.mysite.com/video?=video.flv or something of that nature. So that i dont have to edit the code...

    G0AOZ: I tried that. Thanks though. Figured it out.. I was giving it an IP that was out of the subnet mask's range... Weird, it didnt warn me about it either..It shouldnt allow you to do that without warning you. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

    Yep, i put them on the same switch, the same switch that allows the XP <-> XP ping, and the 2k <-> 2k ping. I tried pinging by both IP, and Name. The DNS server is on the very same switch as well.

    yep. doesnt work either way. the 2k will speak to each other, and the XP's will speak to each other, but i cant get the two diff OS's to speak.

    nope, xp cant ping 2k, but the two xp i placed can ping each other..there are no firewalls enabled, no zone alarm etc. its all disabled to figure out the problem.
