    Yeah... I've tried 3 different ports. Everytime the phone shows the wrong model. Then if I plug a different phone into the same port, the different phone displays correctly. I'm almost positive it's a problem with this one phone.

    I turned off Set Relocation, but that didn't seem to make any difference. Model is still showing wrong.

    Set Relocation is turned on. I'll try and turn it off and see it that helps. I think it might be a problem with this phone. None of the others have had any problems.

    I plugged in a different phone. It picked up the same extension and displayed with the write phone model. Then I plugged in the phone I was having trouble with, and it picked up a new extension, but still shows as the wrong model number.

    BCM 400 - 4.0 Software I just plugged in a T7208 phone and went to configure the set, and to my disbelief the model in Element Manager is displaying as a T7316/M7310. Is there any way to change this, and force it to be the correct phone?

    Thanks BombOne. I saw you could do it for Spoken Name, which is really strange. I was going crazy thinking I missed something obvious.

    We have a BCM 400 with CallPilot. Is there any way to import a .wav file as the personal greeting for a voicemail.
