I've aquired a new customer, they have a CICS in one building and a MICS in the other building and have a direct feed tying the buildings together.
They have an ATA2 on the MICS going to a trunk port on the CICS.
It worked for a while, but now it is dropping 2 or 3 times a day.
My question is...
Is it possible to get into callpilot admin and admin programming through a keyset, can someone help me with the process. I know passwords to get in using a laptop but I've tried similar steps as to getting into a BCM 50, with no progress.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
The setup I'm working on is a Mics with a Pri and 6.1XC software, The customer needs a little more time dialing the number off of a Pri(it's timing out before they can input all the digits), are there any settings/timers I can change to accomidate them.
Thanks in advance.
Get into Programming, Terminatls and Sets, Show set, Capalilities, then to allow redirect. Hope this helps out. you'll beable to call forward calls from you extentions.
Why can't you run a digital set over an opx?
I done this in the past. Have actually worked for a mom and pop lec and they actually leased digital keysets off of a meridian option system to small local companies. I don't think it's too expensive as losg as they don't have to run any additional...
Just open her up and short out the battery terminals this will reset it back to factory. then just get yourself a rad user guide to walk you through the initial setup.
