PROBLEM RESOLVED-----
The Outlook profile was corrupt, when I would try to access my ACT address book, the screen would white out and then close Outlook. It was also causing issues with sending emails.
I built a new profile and that has solved the prob... thanks though.
It seems to be an issue related to Outlook and my email server/domain host. I did go through and found some invalid or dual email address in ACT and removed them. After resolving my emailing issue I'll make additional post if that doesn't resolve it.
Thanks Mike

I'm a little a head of the playing field but I'm running a beta of Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit) with Outlook 2007 and ACT 2008. When I add my address list in Outlook, I cannot sent emails, they come back with a 503 error. 7 is so similar to Vista, I was wondering if anyone has seen this issue...

One of the hassles with Outlook 2007 is in writing a message and wanting to delete a section or word. After highlighting and backspacing or typing a replacement word the old text doesn't dissappear. Does anyone know of a setting that can correct this so it's like all previous versions of Outlook?
I recently converted both my desktop (was Office 2003)and my laptop (was Office 2000) over to Office 2007. The desktop converted the translations on the desktop with Outlook and ACT fine, however I can't see my ACT contacts in Outlook on my laptop when wantiing to sent an email or attach an...
redemoose and Jpaules,
Thanks for your suggestions however if you send it as a jpg say goodbye to your hyperlinks or you have to manually put them in each month after developing the newsletter... a big hassle. After posting this, I spoke with Microsoft and was informed that it was orginally set...
I've somehow lost a contact on my primary database and I want to copy a single contact including notes and attachments from another pc on the network in an old database.
I'm not finding any help on ACT's knowledge base on what I would consider something that could be common.
When I'm sending an email using Outlook I can easily access the primary contact and drop it in the email, is there anyway to also see the secondary contacts and use them as well?
I have been able to send secondary contacts to my PDA and it works exactly the same as the primary.
About a year ago I started sending our a newsletter using Publisher. It works pretty good but I'd like to improve the quality of the newsletter. I have a few pics but I don't think that is the problem. I'm wondering if there is a way to enlarge the size of the document so the quality would...
Since one affected the other I'm assuming that by accessing his workstation data there is some connections between the two since it corrected the problem.
