    would it make more sense to say that the calling number shows up on caller id but once you pick up the call that's when it says 801. I did notice on page 3 that "send connected number" is set to no, should I set that to yes?

    yep, that's all set. send name and send calling number are both set to yes.

    I'm getting 801 coming in on the caller ID from all incoming calls. Trunk 1 is where it is coming from. TAC is 801. The format on page 2 on display trunk 1 is set at blank.
