    Hi lalrl! Check registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ericsson\ECC\CurrentVersion\EmgAndPersonalNumber with REG_SZ type, and default value = “0”. The user has to change this value to “1” to enable Personal Number feature for ECC.
