THANKS 3racefan, I wish I knew more about this PBX but I am glad to have found this forum. I don't know what route we are currently using (route=ground/loop?) and I assume all the commands are typed into MATWorx. As I live in Hawaii (woohoo) we don't have the support for this IPS2000 anymore...
