If the enterprise activation is stuck at 59% it would try to disable Cache Exchange Mode to see if that helps, if you're using Exchange. I would also check the service books, Desktop CMIME or Desktop CICAL and make sure that the field for UID shows the BES SRP ID and not the user's email address.
