in the "Backup Operator Mailbox" field, you type the phone number of the cell phone you want the call to go to. If your phone system requires a dial out number, you have to be sure to include that before the phone number. ie. 92125551234.

well I dont want him getting bombarded with voicemails that were intended for the helpdesk. I'm more or less looking for a way to make his phone join the hunt group after X amount of seconds.
