    If it's a Paradox table (.db file), a blank field is blank, not NULL. SO: SELECT * FROM table WHERE field='' ...would get you everything where that field is blank. Liz

    Paradox tables can't have NULL values, so, no, the row isn't dropped. If you're using a plain checkmark (not checkplus), then one record for each unique combination of values in the checked fields is returned. Liz
