Do you charge back to other depts
We dont charge to the departments that we backup. Its all included in our IT budget. But I guess if you wanted to charge them, you could base it on number of licenses used, or number of user accounts. Server 2008 idata agent CV8
We just installed (2) 2008 servers and used ida agent for file system which is the same for all of the 2003 servers. Both 2008 servers are backing up just fine.- jheberling

Exchange 2003 Calendar restore problem with CommVault
We are using CommVault 8.0 SP4 but have the same problem since CommVault 6.1. We can restore simple Exchange 2003 Calendar folders with no problems. When we try to restore either a Calendar or Task folder that has a repeating event, we will get duplicated calendar events and task events. If...- jheberling
