My xml docs where working fine over a month ago. I have just gone to update the xml file and I am now receiving the following error.

You see the export button. Click on that them export as an .sql file. Then on your new host in phpmyadmin click on import locate the sql file on your hard drive and click import
If the mysql file is over 2mb your host may not be allow to upload it, so your best bet is to zip the thing up and...
Do you phpmyadmin installed. You can export the database using this and then import this .sql file to your new database using phpmyadmin if it is installed in the server. Then it should be just a case of altering the config file for your forum.
