    The latest workplace ver is 3.37.0.156.28. But ver 3.2 should work with IPO 9.1. You should check the user profile setting add supervisor password, make it power user and check softphone.

    Hi DigitalG, Have you tried stopping and starting all services from 7071? If this does not work, you can go to the update tab and check the services list to see if there is anything other than demo that is not installed.

    R10 SIP extension password

    Hi John, When we create a SIP extension, it doesn't require a password at that point. The password is set in the user profile, and my practice is to set the profile password and supervisor login to be the same. When you log in to a SIP hardphone or softphone, you will need the profile password.
