You may also need to force down the new firmware to the phones. Do one the first time to make sure it works. I only had about 20 so I did one at a time and turned 1 into a brick.

The hunt number is directed to the voice mail DN which is different than the DN the other DN's ring to. eg: when 4567 is called from the outside it rings 7654. There is a group of numbers (DID's) 4567, 4568, 4569, ...etc When a external number calls these DID's they ring the DID and 7654...

What I have is mutable different extensions ringing into a central extension. I would like to remove one of the extensions from that group but do not know what load to start in or even if it is a group I am looking for.

the DID gets and forwards about 10,000 calls a month. it is only happening from one nxx which is in our PBX. I will try it without the forwarding on but have to do it after hours. I thanks for the help everyone with my skills I need it..

I agree that it is telco's problem. I can make a call through our PBX to that number. also call externally to the DID in our PBX and get forwarded to that external number. now telco says to load 211 to fix the problem. Is there a ld211?

What load do I go into to increase the call forwarding paths? Also what do I need to change to increase it to 10?

I'm new at this so please be patient. I would like to change the outbound name display from: Joe's Dinner 555-1234 to Bob's Eatery 555-4321. this is on a opt11c. Also if you could let me know the LD and steps to make the change it would be great. Thank you all, this site has saved my job.
