    Well, to wrap this thread up, here comes the conclusion.. Sometimes things are just much more simple than it seems in the begining.. Had a phone company out looking at the cs1000 and the new phone, and it just seems there were a stuck button on the handset, so after he juggled all the buttons...

    As there were a M3820 handset in same position before, should I just be able to insert a new M3820 without making any programming ? I have most of my experience from Ericsson systems, and there you can just put in a new phone if one gets broken... And every setting is the same..

    All buttons I can press is the digits, the volume up / down and the "Program" button. Nothing else is working, I have tried every button, nothing changes in the display (Except the mentioned buttons)
