    The way that I typically do this is through the public unknown numbering format assignments. This allows you to specify individual or ranges of extensions and the CLI sent across PRI trunks to the PSTN. Hope that helps.

    If I remember correctly test 136 is for connectivity/signal from the carrier. You may have an outage due to a hard or soft loop on the circuit. I would ask AT&T to see if they can see a loop in the circuit and also verify connectivity from the NIU back to the PBX. I Could be wrong on this...

    Calls Forwarded but Voicemail not answering

    When call forwarding calls to another extension in the switch the coverage path of the extension that you are forwarding to will not pick-up. Not sure if there is a work around on that one. Hope that helps!!
