M1eridian, You have resolved the problem. For some reason the call timer was on the phone. My only question now is how can a DN make a phone automatically put call timer on? Where as any other DN put onto Key 0 turned it off. Thanks for everyones input.

Can someone tell me how to check to see if a Call Timer is set. By the way we are using Version 5 and not 5.5, is there possibly a bug in Version 5 that I am not aware about?

I only use Overlay 95 for Names and all appear in there correctly. I am calling the phone in question from my own handset which works perfectly to anywhere else. It's purely only a problem to this DN. If I call it from any other handset which I know work, the problem still exists.
