I think your talking about Jack Dugan. He's the regional for KY. he does the day to day and reports to Paul, who approves all dealer sign ups and cancelations for the nation. All good guy's
triphoss,
I can probably help, but I am new to this forum and unfamiliar with whats allowed and not allowed. Tell me what I can do. I know the dealers in most of the country.
Squirrel systems are sensitive to bad power. No matter what system you get (both are now good) get a power conditioner on each station and kitchen printer. I have seen this clear up wierd problems and lower maintenance costs on all systems, across the board. Now that Radiant owns Aloha it...
Look at Sharp, or Casio. They have new inexpensive systems that are scaleable for growth later. Try to go through a dealer so you can ask questions about programming or use. It's sometimes hard to get info when you buy off the net.
The powerVar units are very good, but a little expensive. Look at Smartpower out of Houston. They work just as well and are about 40% less. They even have a power cord with power conditioner built in.
Grab the phone book and call the local Micros office. They have the info you need and will be glad to help you. The better you use the system the better they look. Know which model system your employer has. Good luck
