I used to work on Epicor couple of years ago, and I believe there was a boolean field to 'Enable/disable' the open order, and that field served as an idicator to use in the report, please check the application, I am very confident about that.
This can be done by using subreport technique, i.e.
In main report - Create group on style or production.
Create a subreport and put services field there.
Link that subreport on your gouped field (style or production.
Format the subreport as desired, and Place that subrport in main report goup...
Please confirm, if you can run that report without scheduling in Infoview, if so, then please get the failed reason (error message) as briangriffin suggested, and we may help you.
