Ok, I decided I want to do it a different way if possible. These music images are going to be for an instructional DVD.
What I'd like to do is actually create the background texture/pattern track in my video editing software and then just overlay the images of the chords on another track. But...
hmm, it looked like it worked, when I hit cut, all the black disappeared but then when I went to paste into the new image, the white was there again =(
That would take days to select each thing individually, there are guitard chord grids, chord names, and music on a staff.. Is there a way to select everything black in the image all at once? That's really what I need to do I think?
I have a 1 bit black and white png file (black notation on white background) I want to be able to "lift" the black notation off the white background and put it onto a texture/pattern of my choosing. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I'm using PSP 10
