How can i display the actual month names and years in a dropdown selection box in Crystal. Currently when A user selects a date it in a calandar form. Can anyone help this is pretty urgent!

I created a report that when run will place the header information in the correct header stop, however at the bottom of the page it will repeat the previous header that is displayed on the next or following page.

I do have the group header repeating itself on every page which i like, however I only want the notes section to appear only once.
