User states when she is on her ACD Line, both of her lines ring. At one time she only recv'd a single beep in her headset. The Dept was moved to a different area in the hosp 6 months ago. I did not move the dept, so I don't have the particulars on it, just inherited the problem.
Is there a way to set up an ACD phone that would allow the phone, while in use, to only beep once with a incoming call, instead of it continuously beeping until you either hang up or put the current call on hold and answer the ringing line.
