I have a CS1000 V5.5 and can dial all needed NXXs with the exception of 2 - 540-446-xxxx and 540-658-xxxx. This is really strange! All other NXX numbers can be dialed with no issue. It's just 446 and 658 that are the problem. Calling these exchanges from a cell phone or external analog line...
