With EX2003 I had a policy that would delete items from the Deleted Items Folder if larger than 1MB. Is there a way to achieve this in EX2010. I can't seem to find a way or have the option to create the exact policy.

I don't recall doing anything special to get OWA working, I also did a migration from 2003 to 2010 with Dell's Pro Support. I would also look at the firewall and make sure (if using NAT) that you change the IP Address to point to the new server.
