    Out Of Service fallback

You see, that's just it. It's doing it incorrectly. Instead of going to the CORRECT out of service hunt group, it's going to the voicemail of the first hunt group. I don't want it to go to that voicemail. I want the out of service button to work properly, and roll over to a _different_ hunt group.

    Out Of Service fallback

Yes, I am using VMPRO. How would you dynamically set a uservariable from a button on a phone? I went through the button options and didn't see one to do such a thing.

    Out Of Service fallback

Well technically, they don't _need_ to take messages on that hunt group, it could be any group honestly. So if I turn off VM for the group, it should ring over to the fallback when activated?

Help with callback feature on 2 cell phones

Here's a very round-about idea. Setup two phantom extensions with fwd unconditional on, with the cell phone # in each. Put both into a HG, collective ring, no VM, and set the callback to ring either to the HG or to a ICR pointed to that HG.

VMPro and Dial By Name not working right

You are a genius! That is so rediculous, but it makes sense when you think about how the dial by name works. The one use (Joe B) was the only user who had setup their name and password to test with. Gosh...I must have messed with that thing for 2 hours, haha. THANK YOU!

VMPro and Dial By Name not working right

I have an IP406 (3.2.(55)) running along VMPro (whatever the latest is). Within my AA I have a dial by name object, and can get it to work on only one name on my system. It's VERY odd. No other names seem to want to work. I've tried first and last, and only this one stinking name works. I...
