Thanks Guys for all you help, I got it to work and actually found out that not only does the private OLI field need to be complete but the public OLI field as well.
I have 2 bcm 400's (4.0 and 3.6) with MCDN keycodes.
They Have both been fully patched and pass the private caller id very inconsistently. Does anyone have any ideas or steps i should take in order to troubleshoot.
Actually both BCMs have PRI's connected to them, and we did notice at one point that we could not make outbound calls on the 4.o because that send name was checked. What does the send name from that span prevent you from having?

I'm aware of the settting that allows you to adjust the timeout while dialing a number. I believe it goes from 4 to 16 seconds.
However, is there a better way to do this?
How do I tell the sytem to wait for the rest of the digits if the call starts with a 9 then a 1.
