Hi LB Thanks for th feedback. This only seems to work if their is an appointment for the otherrecord. E.g. Apponitment completed for Person1. If sale is completed for Person 2 no date is shown. however if their is an appointent for Person 2 as well then the date is shown for person 2.

You need the SQL Client Network Utility to connect to GoldMine database which runs off SQL. Their is no need to install GoldMine on the workstation as you will be viewing a different database to the server.

I have just had connection to both the desktop machine and the server. I added a contact on the desktop machine and when I synced this showed in the goldsync process on the server as succesfull. Hwver when logging nto GoldMine on the server the new contact was not showing.
