You can try to delete the logs files on the server (There's a record of the deletion in the log file which will prevent the contact from coming back in) then set the cut off date on the remote back to 1/1/80 so it sends all data back to the server.

If you do it via SQL those deletions will not be sync aware, I'd recommend using GoldBox.

There's a tool out there called GoldBox that will do the trick for you. It can be purchased via the AddOnStore, www.addonstore.com.
GoldMine doesn't have that sort of built-in functionality.

Yes,
You can take a SQL Query and paste it into the SQL Portion of a filter if you're using a GoldMine w/ a SQL Backend... The SQL is available from the properties tab of a filter.
Also, you might be able to avoid this by using a trigger of a Detail in your AP (Email) then a trigger filter...
GoldMine 6.70.50123 and below is not compatible with IE7 --- you'll want to uninstall IE7 from that computer or upgrade to GoldMine 6.70.70226...
The update can be had from FrontRange or your Solutions Partner.

There's a manual here on APs...

They can be pretty complicated --- you also have to tell GoldMine vis-a-vis your HTML/CGI to execute the particular AP.

With master rights you can do a Right-Click | New Field from within the fields tab, select key3 then move it up. After you do the right-click | New Field select it from the drop down, don't click New Field again.

I'd suggest that you do not include the createon as part of the web form data. GoldMine will generally populate that for you, although as I recall some versions of GoldMine did have a bug that caused it not to be populated for a web import record. If that's your situation use an automated...
They're just linked into an organization, you can remove them by right-clicking on them within the organizational chart and choosing delete.
It only deletes them from the org, not the record itself.

Generally speaking, no, and definitely not a good idea. You could do some back-end hacking, maybe, but when you upgrade and there's an updated data dictionary you'd really be in pain.
A better idea would be to create a user defined field and replace one of the key fields with it.
