Font Size

I have one user using Goldmine 6.7. Her default font size when composing an email is 8. I have been unable to locate where to change this to 10. Email recipients have mentioned how small the font is when they receive an email from her. Anyone have any idea where to change the font size? I have tried the .ini files with no luck.

I'm pretty sure it's the text size setting in IE. Try changing the setting in IE to Medium or Larger and see what happens.

Where in IE would I change the setting?

GoldMine 6.70.50123 and below is not compatible with IE7 --- you'll want to uninstall IE7 from that computer or upgrade to GoldMine 6.70.70226...

The update can be had from FrontRange or your Solutions Partner.

I've installed the update - thank you for the tip! Now the font is stationary at Tahoma 2, whereas 3 would be better. Any idea where to change the default? I am searching and searching but haven't found it!

What you need to do is setup default html templates for your new messages, replys and forwarding. That way you can set the font to what ever you want......
