I have an IP Office 406 that I defaulted using the DTE port on the back. I brought up the clean config on a Windows 7 64bit pc running Manager 9.0.3 (949) and there was no option to set up auto attendants. The voicemail works, but there is no auto attendant in the list on the left pane of the...
So what I have been able to determine is that the person calling into the outcalling mailbox MUST press # when they are done recording. If they don't the out call does not go through and it also blocks out any additional messages from being called out. WTF!?!?!?
I installed an IPO 500V2 at 9.0 in Basic Edition/Embedded VM and 1416 phones. I set up both a phantom extension and a physical extension for outcalling. The incoming calls go directly to an automated attendant which prompts the caller to press 4 and transfers them to the outcalling mailbox to...

I have a customer running IP Office 500 R5 with VM Pro. When we set his profile so the lines don't ring in his office, it restricts him from picking up an incoming call. When we put ringing on the lines, then he can pickup. Does the no-ring feature really restrict call pickup?
