    korexxkun, Our upgrading to 9.1 seemed to solve our trouble; it has yet to come back. I've also seen one service pack come out from Avaya, though I don't know that it'll address your trouble. Also, they have a second service pack coming out within the next day or two, if it isn't out already...

    From what we can tell so far, a few times since December 11 2014, our phone server appliance reboots; on seemingly random Thursdays (not at the same time of day, not each Thursday of the week). We haven't done anything to that box in quite awhile; no server updates, etc. Everything we've done...

    So back in October, I was getting ready to blow this user away and recreate it...but the problem mysteriously stopped on its own. I don't see how to close this thread, but I think it should be. Now, off to my new post and new problem. :) Thanks to all who contributed here.

    Okkie26 -- Yes, I confirmed the same thing happens on a web browser on the One-X server. amriddle01, I have suspected that might be the case, and the solution...I was hoping not to have to do that. [tongue]

    Yes, it's the strangest thing. 1 user on different computers has this problem. I logged into 1X on her machine browser as myself, and it ran fine. I've checked all of her settings in IP Office Manager, compared them to other users, etc. and even changed some settings in hopes to knock this...
