I want to conditionally format a whole column in a sheet so if the data held is less than today it will change colour
eg
Format > Conditional Formatting
1st box as "Cell Value Is"
2nd box "Less Than"
3rd Box - type =Today()
fill format Pink
BUT the trouble is I want to exclude those rows...

I have historical data on one tab and pivot table in another. I want the pivot table to automatically include date=> today () , but in row filter selection it looks like you cant put arguments like this in?

when you say XI R2 do you mean just Crystal Reports XI or upgrade to Enterprise XI (which we have). I hope to be running the report using Enterprise at 11pm each night
thanks, as soon as I posted I knew I should have said what version i was using (XI) but I think we dont have R2 ! Is it free upgrade I wonder. I used to do this about 4 years ago usin Visual Cut for about £100 and only now do BO come up with their solution!!!

I am using Crystal XI, I want to do create summary data in various hierarchy groups I have in report. Unfortunately the data in details can be the same for each record sometimes so I have to do my first grup summary on maximum. But how do I then do summaries on that maximum

Yes it worked and I split so one chart was under the other. Two questions , can the bars of data now line up under one another rather than be shifted to right. Could one of the charts be bar chart and one a line chart

I am using CR XI I have a time axis and want to plot 2 items against time on same chart but they have vastly different values. One is a count of calls (C) and can run into 000's a month, the other is the %SLA (S)
I want it as a bar chart with C axis amonuts on left and S axis amounts on right...

I have a report where I have set up a hyperlink to a website. It works as a stand alone report and web site opens when you click on it
When the report is saved in Enterprise and run from within it the hyperlink doesnt work as it puts the url of the server before the url...
