    I have webbed to the phone and as long as the video is enabled on the device page in CUCM that's what it shows. It doesn't change if the end user changes it. I figure that has to be some way to tell but I haven't been able to find it yet. Thanks for your help.

    Right-but a user can turn it off from their phone. I'd like to know if it's possible to tell if a user has turned it off without actually going to the phone and checking the video on/off in the phone preferences. It does not change on the phone config page in cucm admin. Thank you.

    I'm having a weird issue: when a user calls from their CM phone to a AT&T cell phone, the caller ID comes up as unknown. It only happens on AT&T phones on 3G.
