all of those are set. Hunt group fwd ticked, second group sequential. can call short code, and phantom. didn't try hunt group but it was reused from the old setup.
Is it to do with the type of the first group? Does everyone in the group need to be busy? I just want it to overflow after 25...
So.....I set up the group, The incoming AA works a charm. Press 0 to ring a hunt group of 5 phones, supposed to overflow to a second AA but it's not working
First hunt group is a collective group with overflow set to 15 seconds to the second group. The second group has 1 phantom that's call...
So each short code goes to it's phantom, and each phantom is in it's own hunt group. * to return to dayAA, and the system decides if it's night or weekend. Can I play the hours AA greeting and just automatically fall back to the day AA? A timeout setting maybe?
Have a customer with an IP office. They had some other company set up AA menus for different times of the day with common options like press 1 for hours, 2 for contact info etc. They all currently point to the same AA menu for hours or for contact info. Any way to set those hours and contacts AA...
LGCM modules are the analog line gateways for the LIK/UCP systems. Not sure but I think some of these have a common point of failure in the power supply section of the gateway board. I'd like to get these things fixed instead of just junking them. I've fixed LDK power supplies, and they seem to...
Yes, It's 1720 TCP, not UDP. Portusage docs don't mention 1717-1719, only 1720 if you go external. Not sure about BLF, don't see those ports in the doc either, but I've not been asked for that feature. I'll have to test that stuff sometime.
A vpn between sites makes things way better, more...
Don't need a network license to connect systems, but if the call goes to the other system and then is returned back to the original system it doesn't drop those voip channels until the call is finished, so you'll use 2 channels going out, and 2 more coming back in again. With a network license...
I have about 5 LGCM's that seem to have the same issue, which seems to be somewhere in the power supply section of the board. Anyone ever fixed one or know who can, or have schematics so I can?
Of course what the pms vendor does is relevant. If the customer is dialing the wrong pms code for clean and dirty then the status won't change. If the pms vendor doesn't have their codes programmed the status won't change. If the system IS returning dialtone on a misdialed code then the problem...
The customer did report when they dialed certain maid status codes they got dialtone but as I've said I was not able to verify anything on site, just what was told to me. The takeaway from all this is to make sure the pms vendor has programmed their codes in or their system will not show maid...
Hmmn, Interesting. I had everything set up and when the customer tried all the codes they were saying it wasn't working and they were getting fast busies. Once the pms vendor programmed their system with unclean and cleaned codes the same codes worked fine. They are a remote site so I was not...
Just finished a fresh install on a mitel elx. Setup according to the mitel pms document. Feature access code 35 is the maid in room code. The pbx recognizes this code and passes it on to the pms. The pms decides the last code. The pms vendor had not set the maid codes on this system so they were...
