    Device Manager doesn't support connection to a SVMi-20e, only the SVMi-20I. You would need Hyperterminal or similar program to connect to the SVMi20e.

    Hi Andy, Check in the Voicemail to email settings. Where you set the SMTP settings, there is a drop down arrow where you can set the offset for your timestamp. Hope this helps.
