    Callpilot Reporter IIS Settings

Hi all, I am looking for the Callpilot Reporter installation guide. I couldn't install the CPMGR Reporter version 5.1, did some digging around and found that my ASP.net version was way higher than it should have been, I think some windows updates go pushed out to the server. So I was able to...

Tie trunk inserting 104 and can't figure out why

So if I change the signalling to drop the leading 104, then the incoming call won't have any NCOS on it? If that is true then I won't be able to change that and I'll have to start looking else where on this issue.

I'll try setting ESN to no this afternoon and test, I'm not in the office this morning. Thanks.

Ok, thanks for the ideas and the help today BillCorv and KCFLHRC. I'll out and rebuild it this evening and see what happens. Appreciate your time.

Tie trunk inserting 104 and can't figure out why

This has been in place for years and now the issue, the users say, is getting worse. Used to only happen once in a while, now the users are saying that it is happening a couple of times a day.

Yes, PNI is 00001 on both systems. I went over the RDB and the only difference I can see is with the some of the CDR options.

Tie trunk inserting 104 and can't figure out why

I changed INAC to no on both ends, made some test calls and still seeing 104 inserted before the called number. At one point I saw a call come across that had 105xxxx, which confuses me even more. I checked and both routes are set to ESN5 for SIGO.

Tie trunk inserting 104 and can't figure out why

I tested that from the 7.5 site, that is where I am now, and when that call goes out it still shows 104 in front of the extension I am calling at the 7.0 site.

Made the change so both routes are 3VCE and still getting the 104 inserted before the extension. What the heck......

Tie trunk inserting 104 and can't figure out why

And which way should I go? VOD or 3VCE?

Tie trunk inserting 104 and can't figure out why

Ha, the 7.5 site is VOD and the 7.0 site is 3VCE. Can I make that change without outing the route members? Or is this afterhours tear down and rebuild?

Tie trunk inserting 104 and can't figure out why

I see 104xxxx leaving both the 7.0 and 7.5 site but there is nothing in the IDC table, on either site, that matches with the DN range, or shows up as 104. I looked over the 7.5 site and can't see where it's getting inserted.

Tie trunk inserting 104 and can't figure out why

That is exactly it. I'm running into an issue with about 5% of the calls getting over to the 7.5 site and it doesn't drop the 104 and then get a recording saying "You have reached an unassigned number". Thinking that if I drop the 104 I'll get rid of the issue.

I checke the zone dialing and there isn't anything setup for that. 2 zones and they are both disabled and blank for config.

Tie trunk inserting 104 and can't figure out why

Hello, I have a CS1K 7.0 tie trunked to a CS1K 7.5. When calling from the 7.0 site to 7.5, watching d-channel monitoring, it is inserting 104 in front of all my calls and I can't figure out why. I have checked the CDP to RLB with no DMI table inserting digits. I checked the route and there...

    Differentiate calls to a skillset

I never thought of that, thanks. The numbers are CDNs so that should work out great. Thanks again.

    Differentiate calls to a skillset

I am running CCM 6.2 and looking to see if you can differentiate calls going to a skillset? For example: if I have skillset A and I am sending calls from phone number 1234 to skillset A, then I start sending calls from ext 2345 to skillset A, is there a way on the display of phone to tell that...
