Recently the “higher ups” at my work have been talking to a service provider company that is proposing we move ALL of our servers to the Azure Cloud. This includes the Voicemail Pro server.

the headsets work very well on all of our other 9608 phones, but on the reception phone we hear loud feedback or interference sounds.
Hello Everyone,
The receptionist in my office would like a headset. She has a 9608-desk phone with 3 SBM24 button modules. We tried to connect a headset with an HIS cable (the same headset the call center uses) and it doesn’t work.
Am I missing something?
