Just a quick update, seems like when a call has routed to the agent and they don't pick up or decline, the caller just hears the holding music and doesn't return the call back to the ACD path. Just keeps ringing, the all disappears from the queue.

I guess the only things we can do is take a backup and also a snapshots although with servers that have SQL is not always reliable.
Best approach would be to switched off the VM and take a clone of the VM...
Hi This is likely to be with a sync issue on the clients end, not to sure what your setup is like, but I would try and refresh the line monitor cache. This can be found under client service configuration - PBX Nodes - far right refresh line monitor cache.
