Norstar 4.0 NAM will not play the recorded AA main greeting
This is my first post. My team still supports old norstars and vmails. We have a 4.0 nam that would not play the recorded greeting when answering the main incoming lines. I ran across this 10+ years ago. It was Feature 983, login PW, 8 = Redirect DN : YES. When the vm answered it would say...- norteltocisco
