Merlinman I am the only person willing to try to work with the phone system. Is there a way I can just the extension? How would I get the extension back if we fill that position again?

We have a Merlin Legend 7.0 v10.0 and there is one particular phone that only rings one time when we dial that phone. I thought it might be the DND but that was not on. The phone doesn't stop ringing on the caller side just for the person getting the phone call. Any suggestions?

I figured out the problem, with help from you guys. It would seem that 3 of the 8 lines we subscribe to have no dial tone so I contacted telco and they are sending out a repairman today. Thanks to all you guys for your help. Thanks for the help guys.
