We've been noticing issues with our 9611G phones. We have about 100 of them in our office, the only phones we use, actually. The one at our front desk has three extension modules on it. We're using IP Office 500V2 8.1 (95).

The sha1RSA certificate for our Exchange 2010 server was revoked by our Certificate Authority (GeoTrust) last week, apparently because all sha1 certificates have been deprecated. This blocked users from getting to Outlook Web Access on most browsers.

How does Windows Server Backup determine how far back to keep system backups? The number of "Available Backup Dates" in the recovery tool is different across all the servers in our network, and I don't see any options to configure them.

Thank you. I should have specified that it would be nice if I could keep the user in the office phone Contacts, but make unsearchable through the automated phone system when people call in.
I would like to be able to hide specific users when callers use the dial-by-last name feature to look someone up. This
