Howdy, I have connected a couple of these to an IPO basic. 4 1416 deskphones, 4 CO line appearances. The cordless phones only have 2 programmable buttons. Problem as follows... user takes a call on the cordless, places on hold, goes back to retrieve same call but does not work. Suggestions??

Noticed that while viewing a message left in a mailbox,selecting "more" soft key and then selecting "call" gets a busy and says "INCOMPATABLE"? Reason why doesn't work? Works fine from call log though.

We have been using 1416's but that leaves only 14 programmable buttons. With line appearances and all, that doesn't leave many for DSS shortcuts without adding a side car. Any other phones that will hold more buttons?

Programmed NIght Service Button and set VM to follow night service, so menu prompt 7851 applies only. However, button just flashes rapidly and goes out, not engaging NITE mode, set a system password and it just blinks slower, entering password then goes blank again. it will not stay on. WTF is...

Just did this yesterday. I used analog extension port 25 connected to "phone in" on a Viking RAD unit. 600ohm terminals to tip/ring of amp. In your case, direct to horn. Program a page button with dial ICM page to ext. 25 and works great.

Thank you Tommy. Used a Viking RAD unit, connected analog extension port to the "phone in" and the 600ohm out to the PagePac 6. I did need to short out the black/yellow pairs to function. Then programmed a DSS button "dial ICM page" for that extension. Works like a charm! I will remember this...

Using analog extension port and Bogen WMT-1A to a pagepac. Was told by Bogen I need a UTI-1. Is this correct? I did hook up the WMT unit and don't get a busy, but I hear nothing through horn. Thanks!
