Confirmed again that both Callpilot server and web server are running the same versions of Manager/Reporter. Yes, I can ping by name from each server to the other. Both are members of workgroup workgroup. Customer was running McCaffe VirusScan 8.0i on the web server. I completely removed it...
Calpilot Server and webserver are running Manager/reporter versin 05.00.41.68. Not the latest latest, but close enough I would think to work.
I guess I can try updating to the .70, but that requires a reboot of the voicemail server which requires another maintenance window.
Thanks for the...
Also make sure you have the correct version of Java installed on the machine trying to display the reports. You should be able to find it on your CallPilot applications CD.
Have reporter installed on a Windows 2003 Server R2 box. Enhanced security configuration is turned off. IIS is installed. Just upgraded Callpilot server to 5.0 from 2.02. Callpilot server working fine.
When I try to log in to manager/reporter on the stand alone web server with the proper...
Can anyone give me the low-down on virtual server support for Callpilot Reporter? Does Nortel officially not support it? I have seen it work, but in the case of a case, do I have a leg to stand on?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
The rule gets disabled because the message is undeliverable. Ensure you have the fully qualified domain name of the email server entered in CallPilot manager under Message Delivery Configuration->SMTP/VPIM address
Ensure that you can ping the FQDN of the email server from the console of...
After generating a report the customer tries to export in Excel format. The user is not presented with save options. Reporter produces a Crystal Reports page (1st page) with which they can do nothing. Same senario with any other export format.
Reporter version is 04.04.04.17. Java version is...
telebub,
I was just on the Nortel espl site and came across a PEP that specifically addresses read receipts not turning off MWI in some cases for ESN configured sites. It is SU03 dependent. Don't know if this applies to you but it might be worth a shot. PEP is CP404S03G25S.
Telebub,
I had a problem similar to this with CP 4.0 and Exchange. Message forwarding did not work at all until we put the primary DNS suffix in the computer name. We have it set to mark message as read when opened by recipient. Read receipts are however generating an error in the server event...
Recently set up customer to forward Callpilot messages using message forwarding rule to Exchange e-mail so clients could retrieve messages on their Blackberries. Forwarding and retrieval works fine, but read receipts from Exchange generate the following error in the server event log.
Event from...
Just did this recently for a customer using the message forwarding rule. Make sure you convert messages to .wav format. Had some trouble with Callpilot accepting read receipts from Exchange, but didn't have the primary DNS suffix entered in the server computer name. With that remedied read...
janaya,
Thanks for your response. I saw that solution on the Nortel PIC page also but was a little dubious as it related to Callpilot 2.02
If I go to Start>Programs>Administrative Tools I do see Terminal Services Manager and Terminal Services Configuration. No way that I can see in there to...
I have Callpilot Manager/Reporter (5.00.4141) installed on a Windows 2003 server. I can access the login page for manager, but when I enter the correct login information I get the following error:
Could not create Config Wizard object. Login Failed. [ -2147221005 ]
Originally had no Java, but...
