Altura is the company that took over Fujitsu after they closed the american doors. I thaught I had heard that Fujitsu was still producing PBX's in Asia and Austrialia. Guess I heard wrong. Any you can find Altura on the web at AlturaCS.com. Good luck.
Jon.
Ok, I also have over 20 years experience on the 9600 myself. I was hoping with just a little more info something could be figured out. But if these guys are saying a B7 dump needs to be done. The only ones that can read that are the engineers at Altura. Even the TAC guys send the B7's there...
Sorry, sometimes my mind just flies off in the wrong direction. Should have realized XL not LE. Next question I have is how many shelves are in the system now. And a couple things to check. These have bit me before. One is double check the interconnect cables and I believe there are some dip...
What commands are you using to install the shelf and what is the error you are getting. Also your post states a 9600L. I am concerned that it might be one of the small LE switches. If so it cannot be expanded beyond the single cabinet that it already is.
Rupert, I did not catch the difference in the area codes the first time. My next question is, what is the release level of your system. If it is an earlier release or maybe does not have the right patch. Any area code that has anything other than 0 or 1 would be invalid. Don't quote me but I...
Have a little problem with a QSIG span. I have a 9600 that is connected to a Shoretel system. Periodically calls just stop processing on the span. No calls either way. And there are no alarms on either side. After reseting the span, doesn't matter from which side, everything starts working...
Your new AC 289 should be the same in the NPCO table as the others. Check the AARLC table and the ARSC table. If your other AC's are 10 digit local dialing, the most likely place will be the AARLC. So "DIS AARLC" to see how the others are set up and assign 289 the same way. If they are not in...
I have had a weird one come up. It is extremly intermittent and really on no particular ext. For examlple if someone dials 7222 the call just routes to another ext. I use 7222 because it is this customers help desk line and is called alot. It will do this once, then if you call 7222 back right...
You need to change SVP TYPE,2 ID,64 to 01. The Innovation is looking for silence at the end of the call. Your SVP,2,64 is most likely set to 02. Check the CHA SVP command in the commands manual. When you make the change it will be: CHA SVP,2,64,01.
You can find the pinout for the 3510 cable in chapter 2 of the circuit guide book. Look for the part number E660-2506-T846. The baud rate is chosen by you when you assign the dcc port. The other parameters are default as even 7 1. theese cannot be changed. Just curious, what kind of voicemail...
Update, if anybody is interested. Tapit has a new SMDR program for the 9600 that is sending internal(station to station)calls to the SMDR port. If anyone is using Tapit they have the fix. Had to pull teeth to get it done.
Just a little clarification. If Altura has the Megacom software. They will ask for a current DIS SOFT. After you send that to them. They will create a new Base Load. When you get the new Base Load you will do the following procedure.
First: Create a backup with the "BAC FILE,FM00,FM01" command...
The 9600 does have the "capibility" of 4ESS Megacom. But you need the Megacom software package. Like your vendor told you, it is an option. Depending on the release you are running now, it can only be obtained from Altura. If you can get it. It is a upgrade that requires having a good current...
Is there anybody out there who is using Tapit call accounting software and has SVP,2,262 set to 1 for internal station to station call records sent to the smdr. Tapit works great with regular inbound and outbound reports. But, it is sems the software does not like internal call records. Any...
OK, you have Release 15. This will do the job. Check your class of service for the extensions that you want to do this and make sure feature number 505 is in that COS. If not assign it with the command. ASS COS,,505,"COS NUMBER". Then you can use the CFAC button on the phone. Just go off hook...
As bgibsonin stated, you should log out before disconnecting. Also, what is the baud rate for the voicemail smdi. As you increase the smdi baud rate is will cause the other dcc ports to be unusable. It causes conflicts. It may appear to work, but your remote causing the smdi to fail is a...
No, it only shows up on the the phone that is the primary line. If the line is a virtual line it will only show on the first phone that was programmed. This is only when the line is ringing. After the callmis answered. then the caller id shows. On virtual lines, to see which is the primary phone...
