I created a call answer group with 5 extensions. If no one answers, the call goes to voicemail. What do I change so internal calls can ring the extension and not the Call-Answer group? I want to be able to transfer calls to the stations voicemail.

I have a CM 6.2 with an embedded CMM. When callers transfer into the Voicemail after 4 rings, its asking for an extension instead of just tranferring into the voicemail and letting you leave a message. Is there a fix for this?
