I updated a SE system to the latest 11.1.3 but the phones are not pulling the latest upgrade files. They are mostly stuck on older firmware (6.8304) and a couple on really old version (6.4014)
I've checked that the file manager has the correct/latest 6.8.5 bin files etc, so just not sure why...

I was wondering if both colours are used at the same time (e.g. to indicate different statuses), but seems like it's one or the other.

Generally if it's coil whine (which is the case most of the time), then whilst annoying, it doesn't necessarily mean it's going to fail, and is just a by product of the components working. You could RMA it anyway, but it might also go away on it's own over time.
Has anyone else heard anything on R11.2 and if it will actually be released?

Got a strange one - for some reason the HTTPS web interface is not working, it can only be accessed via HTTP (this is internally as well, so won't be a firewall issue).
in security settings, the HTTP and HTTPS are set to unsecured/secured, so not sure what else I could be missing?

For those installing R11.1 on Hyper-V, are you using the ISO or have they released the pre-made VHDX yet? (as I couldn't see it on the downloads).
If using the ISO, will it be officially supported, as all docs point to using the pre-made VHDX?

The system is currently on R9.1 and the customer wants to upgrade to R11 (although they still use 5410 phones), which I've read on here have issues with R11 (although seem to be ok on R10.1).
If they do get issues, will they be able to use those R11 specific licences on R10?
Does anyone know if the IP office (R11) has a separate failed regisration timer (either hard coded or adjustable) in addition to the SIP trunk expiry timer?
Or does it just use the expiry timer if a registration fails for some reason?
