***Update*** Actually, you can use an Ion modem. I just had one installed and it works. It’s an Ion SA5600. I’m using Remote Desktop on a Windows 10 device. Have not had an issue.

Yeah I knew of the ICDA in CLS just wasn't sure if there was any steps to restrict CDR to just those sets with ICDA. I have a site that wants to just pull CDR on a group of numbers not all within the switch. They want to reduce the amount of admin time hunting down those DNs in a normal CDR capture.

Is there a way to set up CDR to just capture call details on individual sets and not all calls throughout the PBX?

StanleySteamer, Loop 12 is a remote Opt 11 connected via fiber. I have no issues from customers on that remote. Everything seems to be working normally.
